KYOZEN TOBIN

"I've always been a spiritual person, 'a bit fey' as one of my grandmothers called it, but life's knocks and bumps had almost buried it for a while. I started finding my way back to it through Buddhism (Kyozen is a Japanese Buddhist name) and I am just starting on  a new path which is hugely encouraging my connection with nature and the natural world. There is a grumpy non-cat in my life called Fred, a husband :-) and a brand new garden. Voracious reader of spiritual non-fiction."
